What is a home inspection?

A standard North Carolina inspection includes roof, exterior, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior, insulation, ventilation, and built in kitchen appliances. Once the inspection is complete, the home inspector will provide the client with a detailed report, including photographs, that outlines each system. The inspector will suggest actions regarding any improvements or repairs deemed necessary. Reports are normally completed within 48 hours.

Radon and irrigation inspections are offered as an add-on service.

Drone photography and videography for roof inspection is also available.
