Diligent Home Inspections is owned and operated by Ken Groce, NC Licensed home inspector. Ken is a former Real Estate Broker bringing his knowledge and expertise of the Coastal housing market to his home inspection business. Historic homes, new-construction, waterfront, and residential properties are all in his repertoire.

Ken is a UNCW graduate and a long time Wilmington resident who is active in the community.
